This work looks at past events in a safe place, without judgment. Are you willing to do that with a mentor?
"This work is hard… it will get harder before it gets better" [T1 25:05; T2 24:51]. Are you ready to keep going when it gets hard?
The program meets twice a month for six months, in person or by video. Each of the first five months has a teaching video (20 to 70 minutes), a few questions and one exercise; the sixth month brings it all together. Can you commit to that in this season?
